average room mosquito problem
the staff were generally very good. i appreciate that.
i stayed a week in a very average room next to a lift. there is a restaurant, but it only serves breakfast. in the afternoon or evening, it offers preprepared snacks and limited seating. the mosquito problem bothered me as well.

Really good Stay
professional staff room upgrade thoughtful gesture
the staff were professional and helpful. my room was upgraded as i mentioned it was my honeymoon. they even prepared a surprise for us. the gesture added an extra touch to the experience. it was thoughtful.
the gym was small. also, on the day i checked out with many bags, there was a taxi strike. i would have appreciated someone offering a ride to the train station. the station was a short distance away. it would have was so great.

the location is convenient. it is near the train station. it is a short walk to many tourist attractions. the surrounding street is quiet. that helps provide a more peaceful experience.

laundry service longer walk
the laundry service was a complete disaster i needed my clothes back by saturday evening but they weren't returned the receptionist said the laundry was closed on sunday a different receptionist managed to get them back but they reeked of mold or body odor the hotel charged about 130 euros for this terrible service also the location requires a longer walk to the main attractions
