Really good Stay
professional staffroom upgradethoughtful gesturesmall gym
the staff were professional and helpful. my room was upgraded as i mentioned it was my honeymoon. they even prepared a surprise for us. the gesture added an extra touch to the experience. it was thoughtful.
the gym was small. also, on the day i checked out with many bags, there was a taxi strike. i would have appreciated someone offering a ride to the train station. the station was a short distance away. it would have was pretty good.

laundry servicelonger walk
the laundry service was a complete disaster i needed my clothes back by saturday evening but they weren't returned the receptionist said the laundry was closed on sunday a different receptionist managed to get them back but they reeked of mold or body odor the hotel charged about 130 euros for this terrible service also the location requires a longer walk to the main attractions
